At Thunder of God, each piece is custom-made to order, ensuring it is crafted uniquely for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than inaccuracies or defects in the product received.

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us at thundercreativeco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photo evidence of the condition. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the conditions above or are not reported within the specified timeframe.
