Since our products are sourced from a third-party printing provider, please review our shipment and delivery guidelines below to ensure a smooth experience.

Shipping & Handling

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days by our fulfillment partner.
  • Shipping times may vary based on location and the carrier used. Please note that unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier (e.g., weather, holidays, or global events) may affect delivery times.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we ensure that our printing and shipping partners use the best practices to carefully package each canvas, issues can occur during transit. If your canvas arrives damaged or if your shipment is lost, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Your Package Upon Arrival: If there is any visible damage to the packaging, take photos immediately.
  2. Contact Us: If the item is damaged or the shipment is lost, please contact us at thundercreativeco@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the damage or issue, and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  3. Claim Process: We will work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue. If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost. If the product cannot be replaced, we will discuss alternative solutions.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Signature on Delivery
For high-value or large orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package reaches the correct recipient.

International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not covered by Thunder of God.
